Previously: We have been advised of a global service degradation of Windcave services. This includes physical card readers and online payment systems using the Windcave services. This intermittent service disruption could result in payments not being authorised by Windcave and returning declined payments to the locker terminal or website.
We are advised that this is intermittently occurring and a fix is being investigated by Windcave directly.
This issue does not affect sites where NAYAX payment readers are in use.
